The Effect of 3D Printed Implant Guide Plate on the Accuracy of Implant Restoration in Patients with Loss of Teeth

摘要 目的:研讨3D打印种植导板对牙缺失种植修复术患者的应用效果及修复精确度影响。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年5月在聊城市第五人民医院行种植修复术处理的牙缺失患者64例,按照随机数字表法设为试验组与对照组,各32例。对照组采用传统种植导板辅助下修复,试验组采用3D打印种植导板下修复。比较两组修复成功率、2D及3D平面种植体偏离值及术后不同时间段的植体稳定系数(implant stability quotient,ISQ)。结果:试验组与对照组的修复成功率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组2D平面及3D平面种植体偏离值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后1、3、6个月的ISQ值与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3D打印种植导板辅助牙缺失种植修复的效果显著,在保障种植体的成功率和稳定性的同时,能够明显提高修复精确度。 Objective:To investigate the application effect and the impact on the accuracy of restoration of 3D printed implant guide plates in patients with loss of teeth.Method:A total of 64 patients with loss of teeth who underwent implant restoration surgery in Liaocheng Fifth People's Hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was repaired with traditional implant guides plate,while the experimental group was repaired with 3D printed implant guides plate.The success rate of repair,deviation values of 2D and 3D planar implants and implant stability quotient(ISQ)at different postoperative time periods were compared between the two groups.Result:The repair success rate of both the experimental group and control group was 100%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The deviation values of the 2D and 3D planar implant planes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in ISQ values between the experimental group and the control group at 1,3,and 6 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:3D printed implant guide plate has a significant effect on assisting in the restoration of loss of teeth,ensuring the success rate and stability of the implant,it can significantly improve the accuracy of restoration.
