补阳还五汤联合心脏三针对不稳定型心绞痛患者临床疗效的影响

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Xinzang Three Acupoints on the Clinical Efficacy of Patients with Unstable Angina

目的:探究补阳还五汤联合心脏三针对不稳定型心绞痛患者临床疗效的影响。方法:将2021年6月—2022年12月惠州市中医医院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采取西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加补阳还五汤联合心脏三针治疗。比较两组治疗前后炎症因子水平;随访2周,统计两组中医症候积分、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间。结果:治疗后,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访2周后,研究组心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访2周后,研究组中医症候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规治疗的基础上,增加补阳还五汤联合心脏三针可以短期内减少不稳定型心绞痛患者心绞痛发作频次和持续时间,改善炎症指标。

Objective:To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xinzang three acupoints on the clinical efficacy of patients with unstable angina.Method:A total of 80 patients with unstable angina admitted to Huizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group added Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xinzang three acupoints treatment on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Follow-up for 2 weeks,the TCM syndrome scores,frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks in the two groups were counted.Result:After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of follow-up,the frequency of angina pectoris attacks in the study group was less than that in the control group,and duration of angina pectoris attacks in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of follow-up,TCM syndrome score of study group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,adding Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xinzang three acupoints can alleviate the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks in patients with unstable angina in a short period of time,and improve inflammation indicators.
