微波治疗仪照射辅助治疗支气管肺炎的临床效果及对患儿症状消失时间的影响

Clinical Effect of Microwave Therapeutic Apparatus Exposure in Adjuvant Treatment of Bronchopneumonia and Its Influence on the Disappearance Time of Symptoms in Children

目的:探究微波治疗仪照射辅助治疗支气管肺炎的临床效果及对患儿症状消失时间的影响。方法:选择2021年6月—2022年12月遵义市妇幼保健院收治的50例支气管肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=25)给予常规治疗,观察组(n=25)给予常规治疗和微波治疗仪照射辅助治疗。对比两组症状和啰音消失时间、临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平和血常规指标。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发热、喘息、咳嗽、啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中性粒细胞、白细胞计数均低于对照组,淋巴细胞高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微波治疗仪照射辅助治疗支气管肺炎患儿的效果确切,有助于改善血常规指标,缓解炎症反应,有效促进临床症状缓解。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of microwave therapeutic apparatus exposure in adjuvant treatment of bronchopneumonia and its influence on the disappearance time of symptoms in children.Method:A total of 50 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=25)received conventional treatment,and the observation group(n=25)received conventional treatment and microwave therapeutic apparatus exposure adjuvant treatment.The disappearance time of symptoms and rale,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor level and blood routine test indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,gasping,cough and rale in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of hypersensitive C reactive protein in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, neutrophil and white blood cell count in observation group were lower than those in control group, and lymphocyte in observation group was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of microwave therapeutic apparatus exposure in adjuvant treatment of children with bronchopneumonia is exact, which helps to improve blood routine test indexes, relieve inflammatory reaction, and effectively promote the relief of clinical symptoms.
