摘要
组织损伤后的免疫反应是决定其修复再生成功与否的关键。通过生物材料和药物输送系统调控免疫反应以实现组织修复再生,逐渐成为组织工程与再生医学的新兴策略。因此,了解免疫系统各个组分在组织修复再生过程中的确切功能对于设计高效的再生策略至关重要。其中,适应性免疫系统,尤其是调节性T细胞(Tregs),已被证实可促进各种组织器官的修复与再生。本综述概述了Tregs参与组织修复和再生的基本免疫机制,并总结在皮肤和心肌等多种组织器官修复再生中的积极作用,同时介绍了Tregs在组织工程与再生医学中的实际应用。
The immune response to tissue injury is pivotal in determining the speed and the outcome of the healing process.Modulation of the immune response through biomaterials and drug delivery systems for the regeneration of tissue repair is emerging as a promising alternative in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.Therefore,elucidating the exact functions of different immune components in the process of tissue repair and regeneration is essential for designing efficient regenerative strategies.The adaptive immune system,especially regulatory T cells(Tregs),has been shown to promote the repair and regeneration of various tissues and organs.This review outlines the underlying immune mechanisms of Tregs involved in tissue repair and regeneration and summarizes the key roles of Tregs during the repair and regeneration of various tissues and organs such as skin and myocardium.The practical applications of Tregs in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine are also introduced.
