摘要
高校毕业生高质量就业是一项复杂的系统行为,既要激发系统的内生动力,又要激发多主体联动,着力构建高校毕业生高质量就业协同机制。就业协同机制的构建需要遵循整体性原则、动态性原则和反馈性原则,把各类主体和方法融为一个整体,不断提升系统的“群体智力”。为此,需要进一步注重政府引导与政策支持、深化高校产教融合与校企合作、强化高校毕业生就业能力培养、完善高校毕业生就业服务体系以及鼓励社会参与和支持高校毕业生就业,形成良性互动的就业协同机制。
High quality employment for college graduates is a complex systemic behavior that requires both internal motivation and multi-agency collaboration to build a collaborative mechanism for high-quality employment for college graduates.The construction of a collaborative mechanism for employment of graduates needs to follow the principles of wholeness,dynamism,and feedback,integrating various subjects and methods into a whole,and continuously improving the"collective intelligence system".Further strengthening government guidance and policy support,deepen the integration of industry and education in universities and cooperation between schools and enterprises,focusing on cultivating the employment ability of college graduates,improving the employment service system for college graduates,and encouraging social participation and support for the employment of college graduates,forming a positive interactive employment synergy mechanism.
