肺结节^(18)F-FDG PET-CT数据采集与标注质量控制专家共识(2024版)

Expert consensus on the rule and quality of pulmonary nodules acquisition and annotation based on 18F-FDG PET-CT (2024 Edition)

摘要 ^(18)F-FDG PET-CT对肺结节检出、诊断及肺癌的疗效评价和预后评估具有灵敏度高、特异度强、定量精准等特点,其临床价值已得到国内外认可。随着影像组学与人工智能技术应用于^(18)F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET-CT领域的逐渐开展,数据标注和质量控制对深度学习模型准确性和鲁棒性起着重要作用。该共识旨在为肺结节^(18)F-FDG PET-CT的数据采集、标注以及质量控制提出初步指导意见,以促进肺结节^(18)F-FDG PET-CT数据集标准化,为人工智能算法和产品研发、调优、验证等提供重要依据,推动细分领域产品的快速发展。
