摘要
针对应用型课程存在的人才培养与企业需求不衔接的教学痛点,基于“项目驱动,成果导向,能力提升,价值引领”的课程建设理念,探索形成了面向行业职业需求的双环增长式应用型课程教学模式,即基于职业需求问题的课程体系建设改进环和基于项目驱动的课堂教学改进环。通过建立基于职业需求的三位一体教学目标,以能力本位重构课程内容,突出职业素养和人文素养,多维度融入思政元素,基于“5W1H”项目分析逻辑构建项目驱动三阶段混合式十步教学,开展沉浸式、交互式仿真实场景教学和突出职业能力目标达成为导向的课程考核评价,切实提高了学生的应用型能力。
In response to the teaching challenges of a mismatch between talent cultivation in applied courses and industry demands,a dual-loop competence-growth applied course teaching mode oriented to the industry's vocational needs was explored and developed based on the course construction philosophy of “project-driven,outcome-oriented,competence-enhancing,and value-led”.The mode consists of two improvement loops:one focused on course system enhancement based on vocational demand issues and the other centered around project-driven classroom teaching enhancements.Through the establishment of a trinity of teaching objectives based on vocational needs,the course content is reconstructed based on abilities,and the value-oriented education is carried out by emphasizing the multi-dimensional integration of vocational quality and humanistic quality.By adopting the logic of “5W1H” project analysis,a project-driven three-stage hybrid ten-step teaching method was developed,which includes immersive and interactive simulation teaching in real scenarios and assessment of course objectives aimed at achieving occupational capabilities.The reform results showed that the proposed teaching model improved students' applied abilities effectively.
