鱼胶改善皮肤保湿及抗皱功效的人群试验研究

Population Experimental Study on the Effect of Fish Glue on Improving Skin Moisturizing and Anti-wrinkle

摘要 采用双盲随机对照试验设计,检验鱼胶的保湿和抗皱效果。对60例健康女性受试者使用鱼胶样品56 d前后的角质层水分,真皮层皮肤厚度,皮肤皱纹数量、长度、体积和面积进行测定,评价其保湿和抗皱效果。结果表明:测试样品在食用56 d后,皮肤角质层水分显著性提升15.37%,有显著保湿效果;皮肤皱纹数量显著性降低36.32%,皮肤皱纹长度显著性降低21.60%,皮肤皱纹面积显著性降低16.22%,有显著抗皱效果。鱼胶有助于补充胶原蛋白,促进胶原蛋白的合成,抑制基质金属蛋白酶的活性,有显著保湿抗皱的美容效果。 A double-blind randomized controlled experiment was designed to test the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle of fish glue.The moisture of cuticle,skin thickness of dermis,number,length,volume and area of skin wrinkles were measured in 60 healthy female subjects before and after using the fish glue samples for 56 d to evaluate the moisturizing and antiwrinkle effects.The results showed that the moisture content of the cuticle increased by 15.37%,the number of skin wrinkles significantly reduced by 36.32%,the length of skin wrinkles significantly reduced by 21.60%,and the area of skin wrinkles significantly reduced by 16.22%.The results illustrate that the fish glue sample has a significant anti-wrinkle and moisturizing effects to promote the synthesis of collagen and to inhibit the activity of matrix metalloproteinases.
