摘要 在“一流本科教育”建设背景下要求推进“四个回归”,落实“以本为本”,增强大学生创新精神和科研能力,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。通过对郑州轻工业大学优势特色食品类专业的“科技文献检索与论文写作”课程教学内容改革与思政育人目标的有机融合,深入挖掘思政元素在教学中的重要价值,将思政内容“基因式”地融于食品类专业文献检索与论文写作的教学之中,坚持以“以学生为中心”的教学理念,将思想政治教育理念融入大学生自主学习与终身学习之中,以期达到培养大学生树立“大食物观”,提高学术道德和学术规范修养,激发探索创新精神,培养学生的逻辑思维和批判性思维的能力,提高对食品类科学和工程实践中发现、分析和解决问题的意识,提升写作表达能力和沟通交流能力,最终实现培养崇尚创新和严谨治学的科学精神,为建设创新型国家而服务。 Under the background of"first-class undergraduate education",it is required to promote"four regressions",to implement"based on this",to enhance college students'innovative spirit and scientific research ability,and to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.Through the organic integration of the teaching content reform of the course"Scientific and Technological Literature Retrieval and Thesis Writing"for food majors with advantages and characteristics in our school and the goal of ideological and political education,the important value of ideological and political elements in teaching is deeply explored,the ideological and political content is genetically integrated into the teaching of literature retrieval and thesis writing for food majors,the teaching concept of"student-centered"is firmly established,and the ideological and political education concept is integrated into college students'autonomous learning and lifelong learning.In order to cultivate college students to establish a"big food concept",improve academic ethics and academic standards,stimulate the spirit of exploration and innovation,cultivate the ability of logical thinking and critical thinking,enhance the consciousness of solving problems found,analyze and solve in food science and engineering practice,improve the ability of writing and communication,and finally achieve the overall goal of cultivating the scientific spirit of advocating innovation and rigorous scholarship and serving the construction of an innovative country.
