摘要
文章以“食品毒理学”课程的特点出发,在工程教育专业认证背景下,深度剖析了基于OBE理念的“食品毒理学”课程教学改革的必要性,制定了“食品毒理学”课程的学习目标,探索了合理设计“食品毒理学”课程、完善教学内容、采用多样的教学方法,以培养学生的实践创新能力和毒理学实践操作技能,同时满足认证要求。
Based on the characteristics of“Food Toxicology”course and under the background of engineering education professional certification,this paper deeply analyzes the necessity of teaching reform of“Food Toxicology”course based on the concept of OBE,establishes the learning objectives of“Food Toxicology”course,and explores the rational design of“Food Toxicology”course,the improvement of teaching contents and the adoption of various teaching methods.This study is in order to develop students’practical innovation ability and practical operational skills in toxicology while meeting certification requirements.
