基于智能手机的食用油快速检测试纸分析平台的构建

摘要 构建基于智能手机的食用油快速检测试纸分析平台,针对比色试纸类检测结果提供特定的快速检测方法,充分利用智能手机的便携性能优势,帮助实验人员更加客观高效地处理食用油相关指标的检测结果,并提供系统化的数据保存和备份功能,从而实现高性价比、快速便捷、系统化的食用油品质安全检测过程。平台由基于Flutter开发的Android应用程序和基于Vue开发的后台管理系统构成。图像处理由OpenCV实现,后端接口服务由SpringBoot应用提供。经测试,平台已具备小规模应用条件。 A rapid test strip analysis platform for edible oil is built,which provides specific rapid detection methods for colorimetric test strip test results,makes full use of the portable performance advantages of smart phones,helps experimenters process the test results of edible oil-related indicators more objectively and efficiently,and provides systematic data saving and backup functions,so as to realize a cost-effective,fast,convenient and systematic edible oil quality and safety testing process.The platform consists of an Android application developed based on Flutter and a background management system developed based on Vue.Image processing is implemented by OpenCV,and back-end interface services are provided by SpringBoot applications.After testing,the platform is ready for small-scale applications.
