摘要
为深入研究泡沫沥青再生技术对RAP的处理优势,进一步科学评价泡沫沥青冷再生混合料路用性能,本文基于工程实践,将废旧沥青回收利用,通过沥青发泡技术制备冷再生沥青混合料,铺筑在路面结构下面层中。根据泡沫沥青混合料强度形成特点,分析合适的沥青发泡条件,并对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料进行级配设计。通过对泡沫沥青混合料进行物理力学性能及使用性能研究,结果表明:泡沫沥青混合料有较好的力学强度和水稳定性能,具有较大的经济效益,对工程实践具有指导意义。
In order to further study the advantages of foamed asphalt regeneration technology in RAP treatment and further evaluate the pavement performance of cold recycled foamed asphalt mixture scientifically.Based on the engineering practice,the waste asphalt is recycled,and the cold reclaimed asphalt mixture is prepared by asphalt foaming technology,which is paved in the layer below the pavement structure.According to the characteristics of strength formation of foam asphalt mixture,the suitable foaming conditions of asphalt were analyzed,and the gradation design of cold reclaimed foam asphalt mixture was carried out.Through the study on the physical and mechanical properties of the foamed asphalt mixture and its practical properties,the results show that the foamed asphalt mixture has better mechanical strength and water stability,greater economic benefits,and guiding significance for engineering practice.
