中国教育历史进迁中大学英语教师育人能力的演化与发展

摘要 通过对新中国成立时期、改革开放时期、新世纪时期和新时代等不同历史阶段大学英语教师育人能力发展历程的探讨可以发现,大学英语教师育人能力逐渐从单一的语言知识和技能传授转变为全面的、综合性的能力,并且日益注重学生的全面发展。当前新时代背景下,大学英语教师育人能力发展面临新的挑战和机遇。未来,大学英语教师育人能力将朝着思政育人、信息智能化、综合素养提高等方向进一步发展和完善。 Through the exploration of the development of College English teachers'educating ability in different historical stages:the founding of new China,the reform and opening up period,the new century period,and the new era,it can be found that the connotation of college English teachers'educating ability has gradually shifted from a single ability of language teaching to a comprehensive ability,and increasingly focuses on the comprehensive development of students.In the current context of the new era,college English teachers'educating ability is facing new challenges and opportunities.In the future,college English teachers'educating ability will be further developed and improved in terms of ideological and political education,information intelligence,and comprehensive quality.
