多元主体社会互构视域下社区公共体育服务质量提升研究

Research on Improving the Quality of Community Public Sports Services from the Perspective of Multi subject Social Interaction

采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法研究了多元主体在社区公共体育服务质量提升中的互构关系及其过程。研究认为,政府通过宏观把控和政策制定,社区通过精细服务满足居民需求,共同推动社区公共体育服务质量的提升;不同的体育组织在社区公共体育服务中发挥不同作用,它们互相合作和竞争,需要与社区形成双向互动关系,以满足多元化的社区居民需求并不断提升服务质量;政府和体育组织之间的互动和监督机制是提高服务质量的关键。社区公共体育服务质量提升中有关于逆向冲突的治理与预防措施包括社区公共体育服务标准化建设,建立社区公共体育服务先行示范区,政府购买公共体育服务和体育产业融合社区公共体育服务发展。

Utilizing literature review and logical analysis methods,this research interprets the interrelated relationships and processes of multiple subjects in enhancing the quality of community public sports services.The study suggests that the government,through macro-level control and policy formulation,and the community,through fine-tuned services to meet the residents'needs,collectively promote the enhancement of the quality of community public sports services.Different sports organizations play distinct roles in community public sports services,and they collaborate and compete with each other,necessitating a bidirectional interaction with the community to meet the diverse needs of residents and continuously improve service quality.The interaction and supervisory mechanisms between the government and sports organizations are crucial for enhancing service quality.The study proposes measures for addressing reverse conflicts in the enhancement of community public sports service quality:standardizing the development of community public sports services,establishing exemplary zones for community public sports services,government procurement of public sports services,and integrating the sports industry with community public sports service development.
