摘要
运用文献资料等方法,架构基于“三生教育”理念下普通高校“三生体育”课程体系并进行教学实践。结论:“三生体育”课程能有效实现高校体育育人、大学生“生存-生命-生活”三维发展需要;实践证明生命体育、生存体育、生活体育教育在改善大学生生命健康状态、提升大学生生存能力、夯实大学生未来健康生活的体育知识和技能储备方面可行且有效。
Using methods such as literature review,this paper constructs the curriculum system of"San Sheng(survival,health,life)Physical Education"in ordinary universities based on the concept of"San Sheng Education"and conducts teaching practice.Conclusion:The"San Sheng Physical Education"course can effectively meet the needs of physical education in universities and the three-dimensional development of"survival-health-life"for college students;Practice has proven that survival-oriented sports,health-oriented sports,and life-oriented sports education are feasible and effective in improving the life and health status of college students,enhancing their survival ability,and consolidating their reserve of sports knowledge and skills for future healthy life.
