乳腺癌疫苗的临床研究现状

摘要 乳腺癌疫苗主要通过激活患者自身免疫系统发挥治疗作用。随着免疫学的不断发展,乳腺癌疫苗的研究取得了很大的进步,但目前仍处于临床试验研究阶段,尚无相应疫苗上市。乳腺癌疫苗的主要类型包括:多肽疫苗、蛋白质疫苗、核酸疫苗、树突状细胞疫苗、肿瘤细胞疫苗和病毒载体疫苗。本文就乳腺癌疫苗的研究现状、主要类型、相关临床研究结果、面临的挑战和发展前景进行述评,旨在为开发安全性好且临床疗效优的乳腺癌疫苗提供参考。 Breast cancer vaccines mainly activate the patient’s own immune system to fight against breast cancer.With the continuous development of immunology,research on breast cancer vaccines has made significant progress,but they are still in the clinical trial stage,and no corresponding vaccines have been approved for market use.The main types of breast cancer vaccines include polypeptide vaccines,protein vaccines,nucleic acid vaccines,dendritic cell vaccines,tumor cell vaccines,and virus vector vaccines.This article reviews the current research status,main types,relevant clinical research results,challenges,and development prospects of breast cancer vaccines,aiming to provide references for the development of breast cancer vaccines with good safety and clinical efficacy.
