免疫检查点抑制剂在dMMR/MSI-H型局部进展期结直肠癌新辅助免疫治疗中的研究进展

Research progress of immune checkpoint inhibitors in neoadjuvant immunotherapy for dMMR/MSI-H locally advanced colorectal cancer

近年来,免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)在结直肠癌的治疗中取得了重大进展,特别是在dMMR/MSH-H型转移性结直肠癌患者的后线治疗及一线治疗中,显示出良好的临床疗效。目前,关于ICIs在新辅助免疫治疗中的相关研究和探索仍在进行中。本文主要介绍ICIs在dMMR/MSI-H型局部进展期结直肠癌新辅助免疫治疗中的研究进展,以期为局部进展期结直肠癌的新辅助免疫治疗提供新的方法参考。

In recent years,immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have made great progress in the treatment of colorectal cancer,particularly in the post-line and first-line treatment of dMMR/MSH-H metastatic colorectal cancer patients,demonstrating good clinical outcomes.Currently,the relevant research and exploration on the use of ICIs in neoadjuvant immunotherapy are still ongoing.This article mainly introduces the research progress of ICIs in neoadjuvant immunotherapy for dMMR/MSI-H locally advanced colorectal cancer,aiming to provide new method references for neoadjuvant immunotherapy of locally advanced colorectal cancer.
