复杂零件的逆向重构及数控加工仿真

摘要 复杂零件的数控加工通常根据零件三维模型数据进行编程、加工。但由于技术保密,很多时候需要根据零件实物完成三维模型和加工程序。针对此问题,提出了一种对零件实物逆向重构及数控加工仿真的方法,通过逆向工程技术对零件实物进行数据采集,将采集的零件点云数据导入到Geomagic软件中进行处理,最后导出STL格式的数据,接着使用UG软件进行逆向重构,关键部位的尺寸结合千分尺、卡尺等量具进行测绘,对逆向重构完成的三维模型数据和STL数据进行3D比较,对于关键部位的尺寸采用点偏差分析,实际测量和虚拟测量相结合的方法,分析逆向重构的三维模型数据与实际模型的误差,评估逆向重构完成的模型精度,以确保逆向重构的数据的质量。满足精度要求后再将UG逆向重构完成的零件三维模型导入到JDSoft SurfMill9.5软件中进行编程、加工仿真,验证了编写程序的正确性。证明了将Geomagic、UG、JDSoft SurfMill9.5软件相结合以实现复杂零件逆向重构制造的方法简单,而且缩短了零件研发周期,为其他缺少三维模型数据的实物进行逆向重构及加工提供了参考。 CNC machining of complex parts is usually programmed and machined according to the 3D model data.However,due to technical confidentiality,many times it is required to complete the 3D model and processing program according to the actual part.In view of this problem,a method of reverse reconstruction and CNC machining simulation of parts is proposed.Data collection is performed on the physical part through reverse engineering technology,and the collected point cloud data of the part is imported into the Geomagic software for processing.Finally,the data in STL format is exported,and then the UG software is used for reverse reconstruction.The dimensions of key parts are surveyed by combining micrometer,caliper and other measuring tools.3D comparison is made between the 3D model data completed by reverse reconstruction and the STL data.The point deviation analysis is adopted for the dimensions of key parts,and the method combining actual measurement and virtual measurement is used to analyze the errors between the 3D model data reconstructed by reverse reconstruction and the actual model and evaluate the accuracy of the reconstructed model,so as to ensure the quality of the reconstructed data.When the accuracy requirements is met,the 3D model of the parts completed by UG reverse reconstruction is imported into the JDSoft SurfMill9.5 software for programming and machining simulation,and the correctness of the program is verified.It is proved that the method of combining Geomagic,UG,and JDSoft SurfMill9.5 to realize reverse reconstruction manufacturing of complex parts is simple,and the part R&D cycle is shortened.It provides a reference for the reverse reconstruction and processing of physical parts lacking 3D model data.
