双向作业式多功能沙漠固沙种草装置设计

摘要 为了降低草方格铺设作业的人工成本,实现草方格规格的统一,提高铺设质量的稳定性,其相关机械设备多采用提前预织草帘,横、纵向单向铺设,其生产成本高,无播种功能,生产效率低。针对以上问题,对沙漠环境适应要求和秸秆性能特点进行了调研和分析,从整机布局、散草捆扎、横纵向草帘铺设、播种等方面对双向作业式多功能沙漠固沙种草装置进行结构设计。利用SolidWorks软件对装置进行三维建模和模拟仿真。该装置由牵引车带动,以散草为原料,通过散草捆扎机构、横纵向铺设机构、播种机构相互配合,最终实现自动捆扎、纵横向同时铺草、压草、植物播种覆土等功能。铺设速度是人工铺设的20倍。达到高效连续铺设标准草方格、降低劳动成本、提升防风固沙效果、加快沙漠绿化的目的。 In order to reduce the labor cost of labor,achieve the uniformity of grass grid specifications,and improve the stability of laying quality,the relevant mechanical equipment mostly uses pre woven grass curtains,which are laid horizontally and vertically in one direction.Its production cost is high,there is no sowing function,and production efficiency is low.In response to the above issues,research and analysis are conducted on the adaptability requirements and straw performance characteristics of the desert environment.The structural design of the bidirectional multifunctional desert sand fixation and grass planting device is carried out from the aspects of overall layout,loose grass bundling,horizontal and vertical grass curtain laying,and sowing.Use SolidWorks software to conduct 3D modeling and simulation of the device.The device is driven by a tractor and uses loose grass as raw material.Through the coordination of loose grass bundling mechanism,horizontal and vertical laying mechanism,and sowing mechanism,it ultimately achieves functions such as automatic bundling,vertical and horizontal simultaneous grass laying,grass pressing,and plant sowing and soil covering.The laying speed is 20 times faster than manual laying.To achieve the goal of efficiently and continuously laying standard grass squares,reducing labor costs,improving wind prevention and sand fixation effects,and accelerating desert greening.
