面向承压设备的应变强度及寿命监测系统设计

摘要 针对承压设备使用过程中应变强度及疲劳寿命的实时监测问题,提出了一种云边协同的数据采集分析系统。该系统对承压结构关键节点的应变、压力、温度等状态进行实时监测,传感器采集到的实时数据经由边缘网关汇总后上传到云端进行计算和存储,云服务器利用三向应变测试法来计算监测点的应力状态并给出应力安全等级评价,并根据优化的雨流计数法,对承压设备的疲劳寿命进行预估。与现有关于承压设备应力强度和疲劳寿命测试的研究相比,该系统对承压设备的全生命周期进行了详细的跟踪和记录,并通过实时状态监测与历史数据相结合来提升疲劳寿命预估的准确性。最后,在钢结构承压平台进行系统部署和试验,结合具体的实时监测过程数据验证了该方法的有效性。 Aiming at the problem of real-time monitoring of strain intensity and fatigue life of pressure-bearing equipment during use,a cloud-edge collaborative data collection and analysis system is proposed.The system monitors the strain,pressure,temperature and other conditions of key nodes of the pressure-bearing structure in real time.The real-time data collected by the sensors are aggregated through the edge gateway and uploaded to the cloud for calculation and storage.The cloud server uses the three-way strain testing method to calculate and monitor.The stress state of the point is evaluated and the stress safety level is evaluated.Based on the optimized rainflow counting method,the fatigue life of the pressure-bearing equipment is estimated.Compared with existing research on stress strength and fatigue life testing of pressure-bearing equipment,the system tracks and records the entire life cycle of pressure-bearing equipment in detail,and improves accuracy of estimatest of fatigue life by combining real-time status monitoring with historical data.Finally,system deployment and testing are carried out on a steel structure pressure-bearing platform,combined with specific real-time monitoring process data to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
