摘要
“人之模范”启迪教师教育旨在培育合格的教者和教育者。培育合格的教者,源于人类精神和才能的传承。培育合格的教育者,源于培育理想中的人。在精神上确立对理想中的人的认知和情感,只是培育未来教育者的第一步,因为未来的教育者不仅需要领会全面发展的人的内涵,而且需要有着眼于未来的能力和情怀。“人之模范”启迪教师教育需要体验和验证。教师教育需要体验,源于培育“人之模范”的人文性。教师教育需要验证,源于培育“人之模范”的实践性。
