全媒体时代高校党员志愿服务信息化建设研究

Research on Informationization Construction of Volunteer Services for College Party Members in the Era of All-Media

志愿服务作为当前广泛开展的一项实践型活动,是高校开展大学生思想政治教育的重要抓手,得到青年学生党员的喜爱。许多高校将党支部作为特色活动的载体,从机制、服务和平台等方面,为党员志愿服务信息化建设工作提供了强大的保障。近年来,各高校在党员志愿服务信息化建设工作中遇到一些问题,如管理体系不够完善、互联网媒介功能没有真正发挥效能、高校与社区联动的功能未能真正体现。为了适应全媒体时代发展,高校党员志愿服务的信息化建设工作也要“因时而变、应势而新”,要思考在新情况下如何创新工作路径。一是机制创新,完善高校党员志愿服务的宣传机制;二是服务创新,拓展高校党员志愿服务领域;三是平台创新,实现高校党员志愿服务与社区联动。这样才能有效促进整个高校党员志愿服务信息化工作健康发展。

Volunteer service,as a widely conducted practical activity,serves as an important tool for colleges to carry out ideological and political education for university students and is favored by young student party members.Many colleges take the party branch as the carrier of characteristic activities,providing strong support for the informationization construction of party member volunteer services in terms of mechanisms,services,and platforms.In recent years,various colleges have encountered some problems in the informationization construction of party member volunteer services,such as imperfect management systems,inadequate utilization of internet media functions,and the failure to truly reflect the linkage between colleges and communities.In order to adapt to the development of the all-media era,the informationization construction of volunteer services for college party members should also"change with the times and innovate according to the situation,"and think about how to innovate work paths in new situations.Firstly,mechanism innovation is needed to improve the propaganda mechanism of volunteer services for college party members.Secondly,service innovation is necessary to expand the scope of volunteer services for college party members.Thirdly,platform innovation is required to achieve the linkage between volunteer services for college party members and communities.Only in this way can the healthy development of the informationization work of volunteer services for college party members be effectively promoted.
