Exploration and Practice of Construction of First-class Financial Management Undergraduate Courses

财务管理是企业管理的核心,也是高等教育中的重要学科之一。本文在对财务管理一流本科课程建设的现状及问题进行分析的基础上,从改革与创新教学内容、采用现代化的技术手段、改革教学方法、提升与优化师资力量以及加强与企业和社会的合作五个方面对财务管理一流本科课程的建设进行探索与实践,旨在为高校财务管理专业本科教育提供借鉴和参考。

Financial management is the core of enterprise management and one of the important subjects in higher education.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems in the construction of the first-class undergraduate course of financial management,this paper probes into and practices the construction of the first-class undergraduate course of financial management from five aspects:reforming and innovating teaching contents,adopting modern technical means,reforming teaching methods,upgrading and optimizing teachers,and strengthening cooperation with enterprises and society,the purpose of this paper is to provide reference and inspiration for the undergraduate education of financial management majors in high schools.
