摘要
文章主要研究立讯精密的股权激励动因及效应。首先介绍了股权激励的激励情况,包括激励的动因和激励的效果,然后分析了立讯精密实施股权激励所存在的问题,包括公司内部战略实施存在的缺陷、资本市场无法反映上市公司的真正价值以及运行环境的不成熟。最后,通过案例分析和统计数据分析,探讨了解决立讯精密股权激励的对策,发现股权激励确实在一定程度上激励了员工的积极性,提升了公司的业绩和竞争力,但也存在一定的问题,需要进一步改进和完善。本文可为其他公司提供股权激励方案实施的借鉴。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the motivation and effect of Lixun Precision to adopt equity incentive.Firstly,the situation of equity incentive was introduced,including the motivation and effect.Then,the problems of Lixun Precision's implementation of equity incentive were analyzed,including the defects in the implementation of internal company strategy,the inability of the capital market to reflect the true value of listed companies,and the immaturity of the operating environment.And then,through case analysis and statistical data analysis,the countermeasures to solve Lixun Precision equity incentive are discussed.It is found that equity incentive does stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to a certain extent and enhance the company's performance and competitiveness,but there are also certain problems that need to be further improved and improved.This paper canprovide reference for other companies with reference for the implementation of equity incentive schemes.
