摘要
为研究高导热少胶整浸绝缘结构的可靠性,通过模拟高导热少胶整浸绝缘结构在盐雾、湿热、温度交变环境的运行情况,对高导热绝缘结构线圈试样进行匝间冲击试验、对地耐压试验、电气耐久性试验和环境试验。结果表明:在现有VPI绝缘体系下,高导热少胶整浸绝缘结构不仅具有满足高压电机的技术条件,电气性能还具有良好的环境适应能力。
In order to study the reliability of high thermal conductivity and low adhesive impregnation insulation structure,the the coil sample with high thermal conductivity insulation structure has been carried out the interturn impact voltage test,withstand voltage test to ground,electrical durability test and environmental test by simulating the operation of the insulation structure in salt fog,humid heat and temperature alternating environment.The results show that the high thermal conductivity and low adhesive impregnation insulation structure at present VPI insulation system not only meets the technical specification of high-voltage motor,but also has good environmental adaptability in electric performance.
