变频器供电的电源质量好坏影响着变频调速三相异步电动机的振动、温升、绝缘系统、噪声以及电动机附加的杂散损耗,现采用变频器理论基础、电动机制造技术以及用户实际应用相结合的原则,讲述如何提升变频器供电电源质量及提升电动机的使用寿命。

The power supply quality of variable-frequency adjustable-speed three-phase induction motor fed by frequency converter affects the vibration,temperature rise,insulation system,noise and additional stray loss of the motor.This paper adopts the principle of combining the theoretical basis of frequency converter,the manufacturing technology of motor and the practical application of user to describe how improving the power supply quality of frequency converter and then improving the service life of the motors.
