以屏蔽泵铜条转子为研究对象,针对其非常规零件属性,探索可行的焊缝质量射线检测方法,提高缺陷检出率;指导产品焊接工艺改进并提升产品质量,供从业人员参考。

Taking the copper bar rotor of the canned motor pump produced by our company as a research object,this paper explores a feasible radiation method of detecting the weld quality based on the characteristics of non-conventional parts,so as to improve the defect detection rate,guide the welding process improvement of products and improve the quality of products,which can provide the reference for practitioners.
