技术治理视域下我国超大规模城市社区体育治理研究

Sports Governance of Chinese Mega-scale Urban Community from the Perspective of Technical Governance

随着现代信息技术的快速发展,新的智能化社会使得社区体育治理场景和公众参与体育治理的制度化渠道发生了显著的变化,技术治理成为了社区谋求治理创新和提高治理效能的重要选择。研究认为,直面超大规模城市拥有的超大规模人口产生的超量需求,社区体育治理实践存在的治理场景与现实执行存在偏误、治理目标与机制运行存在距离、治理信息与公众需求存在差异,迫切需要在技术治理实践中创新社区体育技术治理策略、培育社区体育技术治理共同体、完善社区技术供给企业监管机制、夯实社区体育技术治理基层基础和规避社区体育技术治理风险,实现社区体育治理的精细化、智能化。

With the rapid development of modern information technology,the new intelligent society has made significant changes in the scene of community sports governance and the institutionalized channels for public participation in sports governance.Technical governance has become an important choice for communities to seek governance innovation and improve governance efficiency.According to the research,in the face of the excessive demand generated by the super-large population in super-large cities,there are errors between the governance scenario and the actual implementation,distance between the governance goal and the operation of the mechanism,and differences between the governance information and the public demand in the governance practice of community sports.It is urgent to innovate community sports technology governance strategies,cultivate community sports technology governance community,improve the supervision mechanism of community technology supply enterprises,consolidate the grassroots foundation of community sports technology governance and avoid the risk of community sports technology governance,so as to realize the refinement and intelligence of community sports governance.
