摘要
卷扬机是起重类设备,其具备组成结构简易、机械搬运安装和设置灵活、保养维护方便、操控简单等优势,因此广泛应用于土木建筑、机械工程安装、船舶运输等各行业,对经济发展发挥强有力的作用。本文主要对卷扬机传动装置的结构进行设计,选择卷扬机拖动电机,分析传动装置运动参数计算的同时,对减速装置的关键零部件进行设计校核,分析其性能最终使得卷扬机各部分配合适当,满足安全生产的需求。
Winches are lifting equipment that have the advantages of simple structure,flexible mechanical handling and installation,convenient maintenance,and simple operation.Therefore,they are widely used in various industries such as civil engineering,mechanical engineering installation,and ship transportation,playing a strong role in economic development.This article mainly designs the structure of the transmission device of the winch,selects the driving motor of the winch,analyzes the calculation of the motion parameters of the transmission device,and at the same time,designs and verifies the key components of the reduction device,analyzes its performance,and ultimately makes the various parts of the winch cooperate appropriately to meet the requirements of safe production.
