卧螺离心机在焦化废水处理技术中的应用

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,钢铁、煤炭、化工等行业的产量逐年攀升,焦化厂的数量和规模也在不断扩大。然而,在焦化生产过程中产生的焦化废水对环境造成了严重污染。焦化废水是焦化生产过程中产生的一种含有高浓度有机物、悬浮物和重金属离子的废水,具有化学性质复杂、水质指标多、难处理等特点,其处理已成为环保领域的一大难题。为了有效地处理焦化废水,减少对环境的污染,提高水质,减少资源的浪费,卧式螺旋离心机作为一种重要的技术手段,已经在焦化废水处理技术中得到了广泛应用。为此,本文在卧式螺旋离心机相关概述基础认知上,以某焦化厂为例,探讨了其在焦化废水处理技术中的工作原理、应用效果及优势等,旨在为相关研究提供参考与借鉴,同时推动我国环保技术水平的提升,推进我国生态建设和绿色发展。 With the rapid development of China's economy,the output of steel、coal、chemical and other industries is rising year by year,and the number and scale of coking plants are also expanding.However,the coking wastewater produced in the process of coking production has caused serious pollution to the environment.Coking wastewater is a kind of wastewater containing high concentration of organic matter,suspended matter and heavy metal ions produced in the process of coking production.It has the characteristics of complex chemical properties,many water quality indexes and difficult treatment.In order to effectively treat coking wastewater,reduce environmental pollution,improve water quality and reduce waste of resources,horizontal spiral centrifuge,as an important technical means,has been widely used in coking wastewater treatment technology.Therefore,this paper discusses the working principle,application effect and advantages of horizontal spiral centrifuge in coking wastewater treatment technology on the basis of basic cognition,taking a coke plant as an example,in order to provide reference and reference for related research,and promote the improvement of China's environmental protection technology level,and promote China's ecological construction and green development.
