摘要
机电一体化在智能制造中将机械部件和电气部件进行一体化设计和集成,以实现智能化、自动化的生产和制造过程。这种技术的运用可以大大提高生产效率、降低成本、提高产品质量和稳定性。智能可重构制造系统面临的新挑战已列入下一代机床研究议程,零缺陷工件和准时生产是实现更高质量和高性能生产的目标之一,具有过程中检测和自我修复的混合过程等特点的可能的机器架构的新路线思维将呈现出与下一代智能机床中心的各个方面相关的特点与挑战。
Mechatronics integration integrates the design and integration of mechanical and electrical components in intelligent manufacturing to achieve intelligent and automated production and manufacturing processes.The application of this technology can greatly improve production efficiency,reduce costs,improve product quality and stability.The new challenges faced by intelligent reconfigurable manufacturing systems have been included in the research agenda of the next generation of machine tools.Zero defect workpieces and just in time production are one of the goals of achieving higher quality and high-performance production.The new thinking of machine architectures with mixed processes of in-process detection and self-healing will present characteristics and challenges related to various aspects of the next generation of intelligent machine tool centers.
