接骨木开发利用价值及展望

Development and Utilization Value and Prospects of Elderberry

接骨木属(Sambucus Linn)植物在我国及世界范围内分布十分广泛,接骨木具有重要的药用价值、食用保健价值、美容价值、观赏生态价值等,是重要的生态经济型树种。我国对接骨木开发利用尚处于初级阶段,仅药用较多,食用、美容等其他综合利用很少。为推进接骨木产业开发利用,在对接骨木属植物的国内外研究文献进行全面检索及分析的基础上,对接骨木的开发利用价值进行了综述,并提出一些建议:接骨木作为药用植物,其药理活性尚需深化研究,为药用价值的深入开发利用提供基础;作为木本油料栽培,应改进提取与加工工艺,积极推动接骨木油列入新资源食品名录;作为功能性配料,应加大接骨木花、果营养与活性成分及新产品开发利用研究,使之在食用及美容消费领域中得到广泛应用;作为生态绿化树种,应加大观赏价值高的接骨木新品种选育,为其推广应用奠定基础。

Sambucus Linn plants are widely distributed in China and the world.Elderberry has important medicinal value,food and health value,aesthetic value,and ornamental ecological value.It is an important ecological and economic tree species.The development and utilization of elderberry in China is still in its early stages,with only a large amount of medicinal use and few other comprehensive uses such as food consumption and beauty.In order to promote the development and utilization of elderberry industry,based on the comprehensive search and analysis of domestic and foreign research literature on Sambucus plants,the value of development and utilization of elderberry was summarized and the future application was prospected.As a medicinal plant,the pharmacological activity of elderberry needs to be further studied to provide a foundation for the in-depth development and utilization of its medicinal value.As a woody oil plant,it is necessary to improve the extraction and processing techniques,and actively promote the inclusion of elderberry oil in the new resource food list.As functional ingredients,research on the nutrition and active ingredients of elderberry flowers and fruits and the product development and utilization should be increased to make them widely used in the field of food and beauty consumption.As an ecological greening tree species,it is necessary to increase the breeding for new varieties of elderberry with high ornamental value,laying a foundation for its promotion and application.
