Generating logic and bridging strategies for'cultural lag'in county medical communities

“文化堕距”理论认为,物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三者发展不协调是许多社会问题产生的深层次原因。近年来县域医共体建设中存在的一些问题可从文化失调的角度得到解释。本文基于“文化堕距”理论视角,从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化3个层面分析县域医共体“文化堕距”的生成逻辑,并提出相应的弥合策略,为推动紧密型医共体建设的高质量发展提供借鉴。

The theory of'cultural lag'suggests that the lack of coordination in the development of material,institutional,and spiritual cultures is a deep-rooted cause of many social issues.Problems existing in the construction of county medical communities in recent years can be interpreted from the perspective of cultural imbalance.This article analyzes the logic behind the'cultural lag'in county medical communities from the three dimensions of material,institutional,and spiritual culture,based on the theory of'cultural lag,'and proposes corresponding strategies to bridge these gaps,providing a reference for promoting the high-quality development of integrated medical communities.
