中医护理质量评价指标相关文献范围综述

A scoping review of related literature on evaluation index of nursing quality of TCM

目的:对中医护理质量评价指标相关文献进行范围综述,明确中医护理质量评价指标的类别、名称及内容。方法:以范围综述方法学为指导,系统检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库。检索时限为建库到2023年2月26日;对纳入文献进行汇总和分析。结果:纳入26篇文献,根据三维质量结构模型对评价指标进行归类,各项评价指标累计出现521次,其中结构质量相关指标168次(32.25%)、过程质量相关指标138次(26.49%)、结果质量相关指标215次(41.27%)。出现频次排名前5的二级指标为护士培训与考核、中医护理操作不良事件、满意度、中医护理人力资源、中医护理组织管理。出现频次排名前5的三级指标为中医护理操作意外与差错、患者对中医护理满意度、护士中医理论与技能培训、护士中医理论与技能考核、辨证施护。各研究较关注护士培训与考核、中医护理临床实践和中医护理操作不良事件等指标,对政策支持条件、延续护理及护理风险等指标关注较少。结论:目前,国内中医护理质量评价指标有待完善,建议在规范和完善评价指标名称和内容的基础上,兼顾科学性验证及临床应用,以保证其科学性和可行性。

Objective:To conduct a scoping review on the literature related to Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing quality evaluation indices to clarify their categories,names,and contents.Methods:Guided by the scoping review methodology,systematic searches were conducted in PubMed,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang Database,and CBMdisc up to February 26,2023.The included literature was summarized and analyzed.Results:A total of 26 articles were included.The evaluation indices were categorized according to a three-dimensional quality structure model,accumulating 521 occurrences in total,with structural quality-related indices occurring 168 times(32.25%),process quality-related indices 138 times(26.49%),and outcome quality-related indices 215 times(41.27%).The top five secondary indices in frequency were nurse training and assessment,adverse events in TCM nursing operations,satisfaction,TCM nursing human resources,and TCM nursing organization management.The top five tertiary indices in frequency were accidents and errors in TCM nursing operations,patient satisfaction with TCM nursing,TCM theory and skill training for nurses,TCM theory and skill assessment for nurses,and syndrome differentiation nursing.The studies focused more on nurse training and assessment,clinical practice of TCM nursing,and adverse events in TCM nursing operations,and less on policy support conditions,continuing care,and nursing risks.Conclusion:The current TCM nursing quality evaluation indices in China need to be improved.It is recommended to standardize and perfect the names and contents of the evaluation indices while considering scientific verification and clinical application to ensure their scientific validity and feasibility.
