中医作为中华文化的瑰宝,其医保支付方式改革已成为重要研究内容之一。按病种付费被引入医疗卫生领域后,在控制医疗成本、规范医疗行为、强化医院管理和优化资源配置等方面发挥了重要作用。随着中医医院按病种付费改革的稳步进行,学者对中医按病种付费的研究也愈加丰富。本文回顾了中医按病种付费相关理论以及实践探索方面的文献,并在此基础上对未来相关研究方向提出建议,为后续相关理论和实证研究提供参考。

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),as a jewel of Chinese culture,has seen its insurance payment method reform become one of the significant research topics.The introduction of payment by disease category into the healthcare sector has played an essential role in controlling medical costs,standardizing medical behavior,strengthening hospital management,and optimizing resource allocation.With the steady progress of the reform of payment by disease category in TCM hospitals,scholarly research on this payment method in TCM has become increasingly rich.This paper reviews the literature on the theories related to payment by disease category in TCM and its practical exploration.Based on this review,it proposes directions for future research,offering a reference for subsequent theoretical and empirical studies.
