摘要
通过研究骨料级配差异对稀薄沥青覆盖层(TAO)车辙特性的影响,可测试沥青路面车辙受到不同骨料级配的影响情况。研究过程包括聚合物改性沥青的制备,采用超铺混合物设计系统确定混合物的体积比,采用轮跟踪(WT)试验确定制备混合物的车辙深度特性。结果表明:骨料级配对增加沥青路面薄层罩面养护技术中的几种混合物的抵抗永久变形起着至关重要的作用,此外,在整洁的沥青中加入15%的废轮胎橡胶粉会提高混合物抵抗永久变形的能力,含有低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)的聚合物改性沥青硬度有所提升。因此,推导出利用废聚合物的改性沥青优化骨料级配可以明显限制车辙的产生。
To study the influence of different aggregate gradations on rutting of asphalt pavement,an experimental method was adopted to study the influence of aggregate gradation differences on rutting characteristics of thin asphalt overlay(TAO).The research process included the preparation of polymer modified asphalt,the determination of volume ratio of the mixture by an overlay mixture design system,and the determination of rutting depth characteristics of the prepared mixture through wheel tracking(WT)tests.The results obtained indicate that aggregate grading plays a crucial role in increasing the resistance to permanent deformation of several mixtures of thin layer cover in asphalt pavement maintenance technology.In addition,adding 15%waste tire rubber powder to clean asphalt enhances the ability of the mixture to resist permanent deformation.Polymer modified asphalt containing low-density polyethylene(LDPE)becomes more hardened.Therefore,it can be inferred that optimizing the aggregate gradation of polymer modified asphalt using waste polymers can significantly limit the generation of ruts.
