基于MineSight软件的米拉多铜矿露天采矿设计及其二次开发

摘要 露天采场作业面位置、矿石品位和公司管理层制订的生产任务等会直接影响生产计划的编制。本文介绍了米拉多铜矿应用矿业软件MineSight开展三维采矿设计的流程,以及应用Python编程语言,基于露天采场台阶参数关系,二次开发了采矿设计辅助工具。该工具可通过在界面直接输入不同的台阶高度和台阶坡面角,即可计算得到工作帮坡角和台阶宽度,进而将其应用于采矿设计。该软件提高了采矿设计的效率,为动态编制和优化短期生产计划提供了可靠的采场设计方案。 The location of the open-pit mining face,ore grade,and production tasks formulated by the company's management directly affect the preparation of production plans.This article introduces the process of using the mining software MineSight to carry out three-dimensional mining design at Mirador Copper Mine,as well as the application of Python programming language to develop a mining design auxiliary tool based on the parameter relationship of open-pit mining steps.This tool can calculate the working slope angle and step width by directly inputting different step heights and step slope angles on the interface,and then apply them to mining design.This software improves the efficiency of mining design and provides a reliable mining site design solution for dynamic preparation and optimization of short-term production plans.
