农户选择农业生产性服务行为的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Farmers’Choice of Agricultural Productive Services Behavior

农业生产性服务是缓解农业劳动力短缺和实现节本增效的有效途径。基于张家口市万全区的217份样本数据,构建Logistic二元回归模型,对农户选择农业生产性服务行为的影响因素进行分析,结果表明:文化程度在0.05水平上显著正向影响农户选择农业生产性服务行为,外出打工人数、是否有农业机械、亲友外包选择、是否参加合作社在0.01水平上显著正向影响农户选择农业生产性服务行为;性别、农业收入占比分别在0.1、0.01水平上显著负向影响农户选择农业生产服务行为。提出增加农机购置补贴、改进补贴发放程序、拓宽宣传渠道等对策。

Agricultural productive service is an effective way to alleviate the shortage of agricultural labor force and realize cost saving and efficiency increasing.Based on 217 sample data from Wanquan District of Zhangjiakou City,a Logistic binary regression model was constructed to analyze the influencing factors of farmers’choice of agricultural productive services behavior.The results showed that the educational level had a significant positive impact on farmers’choice of agricultural productive services behavior at the level of 0.05,and the number of migrant workers,whether they had agricultural machinery,whether their relatives and friends outsourced,and whether they participated in cooperatives had significant positive impacts on farmers’choice of agricultural productive services behavior at the level of 0.01.Gender and the proportion of agricultural income had significant negative impact on farmers’choice of agricultural productive services behavior at 0.1 and 0.01 levels,respectively.The countermeasures such as increasing subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery,improving the procedures for issuing subsidies and broadening the channels of publicity were put forward.
