暖机对航空发动机气动稳定性影响研究

摘要 为验证不同暖机操作对某发动机气动稳定性的影响,设计了不同的暖机操作程序,采用电容法测量了不同程序下发动机转子叶尖间隙的变化规律并评估了对发动机稳定裕度的影响。研究结果表明,暖机时间由1分钟增加到3分钟,发动机稳定裕度可提升3.42%;暖机转速提高5%,发动机稳定裕度可提升1.68%;暖机后慢车停留时间由0分钟增加到10分钟,发动机稳定裕度下降1.99%。建议通过适当提升暖机转速的方式来缩短暖机时间,以达到相同的暖机效果。 In order to verify the effect of different warm up operation on aircraft engine aerodynamic stability,different warm up programs are designed.At the same time,the changing rule of engine rotor tip clearance in different programs is measured by capacitance method and the effect on engine stability margin is evaluated.The research result shows that the time of warm up increase from 1 minute to 3 minutes,engine stability margin promote 3.42%;the rotating speed of warm up increase 5%,engine stability margin promote 1.68%;the time of idle state after warm up increase from 0 minute to 10 minutes,engine stability margin reduce 1.99%.In order to achieve the same effect of warm up,it suggests that increase the rotating speed of warm up and reduce the time of warm up.
