摘要
空管台站为民航空中交通管制提供雷达、导航、通信等重要数据信息,通常配置柴油发电机组作为应急供电保障,并进行日常巡检和维护试机。由于柴油发电机组排气温度与其性能紧密相关,为深入研究不同负载状态下柴油发电机组的排气温度,优化运行维护策略,提高三元催化器和DPF(颗粒捕捉器)效率,减少排气管道积碳堵塞,提升运行保障质量。本文通过对不同负载运行下的柴油发电机组排气系统进行红外测温,分析柴油发电机组施加不同负载时的排气温度,对柴油发电机组的日常维护试机方案进行了优化。
The air traffic control station provides radar,navigation,communication and other important data information for civil aviation traffic control,usually equipped with a diesel generator as an emergency power supply guarantee,carry out daily inspection and maintenance test machine.Since the exhaust temperature of the diesel generator set is closely related to its performance,in order to further study the exhaust temperature of diesel generator sets under different load conditions,optimize operation and maintenance strategy,improve three-way catalytic converter and DPF efficiency,reduce carbon build-up in exhaust pipes,improve the quality of operation assurance.In this paper,the infrared temperature measurement of the exhaust system of the diesel generator set under different loads is carried out,analysis of exhaust gas temperature of diesel generator set with different loads applied,optimized the daily maintenance test plan of diesel generator set.
