摘要
发动机电控数据是先进发动机的关键“零部件”。电控数据开发一旦失效将对整机使用性能和寿命产生严重影响,甚至会发生安全事故或不满足法规要求。为保障电控数据开发质量,提高研发效率,需研发质量体系的制度保障。本文分析了发动机电控数据的重要性、复杂性、特殊性的三大特点及电控数据开发质量改进的突出挑战,阐述了在电控数据开发管控质量体系搭建及持续改进时的具体改善措施及实战经验。
ECU calibration data is the key component of electronic control engine.Once the ECU calibration data fails,it will have a serious impact on the performance and life of the engine product,and even have a safety incidents or do not meet the regulatory requirements.In order to guarantee the quality of ECU calibration data and improve the R&D efficiency,the institutional guarantee of the quality system is needed.This paper analyzes the importance,complexity and particularity of electronic control data management and the outstanding challenges of ECU calibration data development,and puts forward specific improvement measures and practical experience in the construction and continuous improvement of ECU calibration data development and control quality system.
