电催化氧还原产过氧化氢的研究进展

摘要 过氧化氢(H2O2)是一种绿色、高效的氧化剂,在诸多行业都有着广泛的应用。在众多合成方法中,电化学氧还原(ORR)产H2O2是一种新颖、低能耗、清洁的方法。其反应原理是,O2在催化剂的作用下,发生还原反应,得到两个电子,生成H2O2。由于ORR存在四电子生成H2O和二电子生成H2O2的竞争反应,因此,如何对电催化剂进行设计与调控,使其展现高活性、高选择性和高稳定性已成为亟待突破的研究难点。本文从不同的催化剂类型出发,详述了目前电催化ORR产H2O2的研究进展。最后,概述了当前电催化ORR面临的挑战,并展望了未来的发展方向。 Hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)is a kind of green and efficient oxidizer,which has been widely used in many industries.Among many synthesis methods,electrochemical oxygen reduction(ORR)is a novel,low energy consumption and clean method to produce H2O2.The reaction principle is that O2 under the action of the catalyst,a reduction reaction occurs,and two electrons are obtained to generate H2O2.Due to the competitive reaction of four-electron formation of H2O and two-electron formation of H2O2 in ORR,how to design and regulate the electrocatalyst to show high activity,high selectivity and high stability has become a research difficulty to be broken through.In this paper,the research progress of electrocatalytic ORR production of H2O2 was reviewed in detail based on different catalyst types.Finally,the current challenges of electrocatalytic ORR were summarized,and the future development direction was prospected.
