稀土元素在口腔医学中运用的相关研究进展

十九世纪后期以来,国外广泛而深入地开展了稀土在医药方面的研究。稀土元素是一组金属元素的简称,六十年代后,陆续发现稀土化合物具有一系列特殊的药效,是钙离子拮抗剂,可广泛用于治疗烧伤、皮肤病、血栓病等,展现出广阔的应用前景。其具有拮抗内毒素、抑制炎症因子分泌、防龋、干预和调控骨的形成等作用。在生物医学领域广泛应用,因此本文就稀土元素在口腔医学中运用进展做一综述。

Since the late 19th century,extensive and in-depth research on rare earths in medicine has been carried out abroad.Rare earth elements are abbreviated as a group of metal elements.After the 1960s,it was discovered that rare earth compounds have a series of special pharmacological effects and are calcium ion antagonists.They can be widely used to treat burns,skin diseases,thrombosis,and other diseases,demonstrating broad application prospects.It has functions such as antagonizing endotoxins,inhibiting the secretion of inflammatory factors,preventing caries,intervening and regulating bone formation.This article reviews the progress in the application of rare earth elements in dentistry,as they are widely used in the field of biomedicine.
