新商科人才培养模式数智化转型的驱动因素与推进路径

摘要 新商科教育肩负为社会发展提供人才资源重要使命,新商科人才培养模式数智化转型升级是顺应教育数字化总体趋势的必然选择,亦是对科技创新、产业转型、社会变革的回应。理性把握新商科人才培养模式数智化转型的驱动因素是厘清其数智化转型实践推进路径的必要前提。从国家政策支持、数字技术赋能、组织变革推动三个层面探究新商科人才培养模式数智化转型的主要驱动因素。未来应强化数字技术与新商科人才培养模式深度融合,从打造多主体参与的协同育人机制、制定阶段推进的数智化转型方案、推动新商科数智化课程教学创新、设计新商科数智化实践教学体系和强化新商科数智化教师队伍建设方面形成新商科人才培养模式数智化转型的推进路径。 The digital and intelligent transformation of new business talent cultivation model is an inevitable choice to comply with the overall trend of education digitization,and it is also a response to technological innovation,industrial transformation,and social change.Reasonably grasping the driving factors of digital intelligent transformation of new business talent cultivation model is a necessary prerequisite for clarifying the practical path of it.Therefore,this study explores the main driving factors for the digital intelligent transformation of the new business talent cultivation model from three aspects:national policy support,digital technology empowerment,and organizational change promotion.In the future,the deep integration of digital technology and the new business talent cultivation model should be strengthened,and form the promotion path for digital intelligent transformation in new business talent cultivation mode,including by creating a collaborative education mechanism with multiple participants,developing a digital intelligent transformation plan for specific stage,promoting teaching innovation in the new business digital intelligent curriculum,designing a new business digital intelligent practical teaching system,and strengthening the construction of teacher team of new business.
