手术机器人培训标准化过程中的关键问题分析及应对 被引量:1

Analysis and countermeasures of key problems in the standardization of surgical robot training

摘要 随着机器人辅助手术在临床应用中的逐渐普及,建立统一、标准化的手术机器人基本技能训练、评估和认证方法,以及建立结构化手术机器人培训金标准的必要性日益凸显。目前全球尚未形成统一的手术机器人标准化培训体系,缺乏标准的培训课程及通用的认证体系。如今国内自主研发的手术机器人取得了重大进展,但在手术机器人培训标准化研究方面却相对滞后。为推动我国手术机器人标准化培训的发展进程,需要针对核心问题提出相应的解决措施。 As robot‐assisted surgery becomes increasingly prevalent in clinical practice,the need for establishing unified and standardized methods for training,assessing,and certifying basic robotic surgical skills,as well as developing a structured gold standard for robotic surgical training,is becoming more apparent.Currently,there is no globally recognized standardization system or certification process for robotic surgery training,and this lack of uniformity also exists within China′s autonomous development of surgical robots.While progress has been made in developing domestic surgical robots,research on standardized robotic surgical training in China remains slow‐moving.It is necessary to address core issues and propose corresponding measures to promote the advancement of the Chinese robotic surgical training standardization process.
