摘要
新型职业农民是乡村振兴和农业产业现代化发展的重要支撑,地方高职院校是新型职业农民培育的主体。对高职院校培育新型职业农民的现状调研发现,学员的培育需求、师资队伍质量与培育的满意度呈正相关;学员性别、年龄、学历和其他社会经济因素对培育满意度的影响存在相关差异。高职院校可采用供需对接,精准培育内容;多元整合,创新培育模式;内培外引,优化师资结构;建章立制,明确主体地位与责任等策略,提高新型职业农民培育实效。
The new type of professional farmers is an important support for rural revitalization and agricultural industry modernization.Local higher vocational colleges is the main body of cultivating new professional farmers.The research on the effect of cultivating new professional farmers in higher vocational colleges shows that there is a positive correlation between the cultivation demand,teaching staff and the satisfaction of the cultivation.Gender,age,educational background and other social and economic factors have different influences on the training satisfaction.Higher vocational colleges can be connected with supply and demand to accurately cultivate content,as well as innovate the cultivation mode by the multiple integration.The structure of teachers can be optimized by internal training and external introduction.To improve the effectiveness of cultivating new professional farmers,it is necessary to establish rules and regulations,and clarify the main position and responsibility.
