名中医王瑞平运用“培土生金法”治疗肺癌经验

Experience of professor Wang Ruiping using “tonifying the spleen and replenishing the lung” to treat lung cancer

肺癌是具有高发病率、高病死率特点的常见恶性肿瘤之一,近年来中医药在肺癌的治疗中发挥出独特优势。江苏省名中医王瑞平长期从事中医药防治恶性肿瘤的临床与科研工作,积累了丰富的临床经验。王瑞平教授临床以“培土生金”为指导思想治疗肺部癌肿,倡导扶正抗癌、养正除积的理念,临证治疗肺癌、肺部结节、肺部毛玻璃样改变以及肺癌放化疗后防止癌肿复发等方面疗效显著。现从病因病机、理论认识、临证应用、处方特色等方面梳理总结王瑞平教授临床运用“培土生金法”治疗肺癌的经验,以期为中医药治疗肺癌提供更多的临床实践依据。

Lung cancer(LC) is one of the common malignant tumors in the world characterized by high morbidity and mortality,and in recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has played a unique advantage in the treatment of LC.Wang Ruiping,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in Jiangsu province,has been engaged in the clinical and scientific research of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors for a long time,and has accumulated rich clinical experience.Wang Ruiping treats lung cancer with the guiding principle of “tonifying the spleen and replenishing the lung”,advocating the concept of supporting the healthy qi to resist cancerous toxins and remove accumulation.She has achieved remarkable efficacy in the treatment of LC,lung nodules,hairy glass-like changes in the lungs and the prevention of recurrence of LC after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The clinical experience of professor Wang Ruiping in treating LC with “tonifying the spleen and replenishing the lung” is summarized from the aspects of etiology,theoretical understanding,clinical application,and prescription characteristics,in order to provide more clinical practice basis for the treatment of LC with Chinese medicine.
