东弗里生绵羊奶与牛奶和山羊奶生乳品质的比较

摘要 本文综述了东弗里生绵羊所产羊奶中固形物、蛋白质等基本物质和不饱和脂肪酸等功能性物质的含量,比较了其与牛奶、山羊奶的营养成分差异,并对东弗里生绵羊奶的前景进行了展望和建议。 The paper summarized the contents of basic substances(such as solids,proteins)and functional substances(such as unsaturated fatty acid)in the milk of east friesian sheep,and compared their nutritional composition with that of cow milk and goat milk.The prospect of east friesian sheep milk was prospected and suggested.
