自然资源技术标准在支撑“双碳”标准体系建设中的作用与挑战分析

Analysis on the Role and Challenges of Technical Standards on Natural Resources in Supporting the Construction of Standards System for China’s Dual Carbon Goals

随着全球气候变化问题日益严峻,中国提出的“双碳”目标(即碳达峰和碳中和)显得尤为重要。在这一背景下,建立一个有效的“双碳”标准体系成为实现这一目标的关键。本文通过探讨自然资源与“双碳”目标之间的联系,分析自然资源技术标准在支撑“双碳”标准体系建设中的作用及其面临的挑战,并强调了合理利用和保护自然资源在实现“双碳”目标中的重要性,在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议,从而为未来标准体系的完善和发展提供了方向及策略指导。

As the global climate change becomes an increasingly severe issue,China’s dual carbon goals(namely peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality)have become particularly significant.Therefore,establishing an effective standards system for carbon peak and neutrality is key to achieving these goals.This paper explores the relationship between natural resources and dual carbon goals,and analyzes the role and challenges of technical standards on natural resources in supporting the construction of the standards system for carbon peak and neutrality.It also emphasizes the importance of the rational utilization and protection of natural resources in achieving the dual carbon goals.Based on this,the paper proposes corresponding measures and suggestions,providing direction and guidance for the future improvement and development of the standards system.
