摘要
奶业是自治区优势产业,近年来,内蒙古坚持把奶业作为高质量发展“头号产业”,乳业集群收入已达2200亿元,成功入选国家级先进制造业集群。目前,我国生鲜乳整体的质量安全水平也保持相对平稳,生鲜乳抽检合格率连续多年保持在99.7%以上,违禁添加物抽检合格率保持在100%。本文从牧场建设、饲草、养殖技术、生产运输、优质农畜初级产品、追溯等全产业链环节出发,聚焦生鲜牛乳产品质量安全,通过与国际标准、国家标准、行业标准、地方标准、团体标准及检测报告的比对结果分析,探索出内蒙古生鲜牛乳高质量标准体系的先进性,从而保证产品高品质,进一步助推奶业振兴。
The dairy industry is an advantageous industry in the autonomous region.In recent years,Inner Mongolia has adhered to making the dairy industry the“number one industry”for high-quality development.The income of the dairy industrial cluster has reached 220 billion yuan,and it has been successfully selected as a national advanced manufacturing industrial cluster.At present,the overall quality and safety level of raw milk in China has remained relatively stable,with the qualified rate of random inspection remaining above 99.7%for many consecutive years,and the qualified rate of random inspection of prohibited additives remaining at 100%.This paper focuses on the quality safety of raw milk products of every link on the whole industrial chain such as pasture construction,forage grass,breeding technology,production and transportation,high-quality agricultural and livestock primary products,and traceability.Through the analysis and comparison of international standards,national standards,sectoral standards,local standards,association standards,and test reports,the paper explores the progressiveness of the high-quality standards system for raw milk in Inner Mongolia,so as to ensure the high quality of products and further promote the revitalization of the dairy industry.
